How I built Quack AI's marketing engine from scratch, scaled it to 7M users, helped turn pre-TGE demand into $4M in five days, and led launch communications through a major multi-exchange TGE.
What started at zero became a global Web3 AI ecosystem spanning millions of users, major campaigns, commercial demand, fundraising and a multi-exchange token launch.
I joined Quack AI as CMO in February 2025 as one of approximately 10 core team members. Nothing was live. Marketing, community, social presence and users effectively started at zero. The metrics on the right are pulled directly from @QuackAI_AI analytics.
I joined Quack AI in February 2025 as CMO during the build stage. Nothing was live. There was no established audience, mature community, marketing engine or playbook to inherit.
I was part of an approximately 10-person core team. We were still building, testing and figuring things out as the project developed. My mandate was not to maintain an existing marketing machine. It was to build one.
As CMO, I was responsible for the complete marketing function while working cross-functionally with the CBO, BD, product, design, investors, exchanges, KOLs, agencies, contractors and community operations.
Positioning, messaging, external narrative and public-facing communication.
User acquisition, X, Telegram, incentives, campaigns and engagement systems.
Daily publishing, campaign messaging, announcements, long-form content and distribution.
Creator amplification, PR campaigns, ecosystem collaborations and major activations.
Public-facing narrative, exchange-facing metrics, marketing plans, listing documents and review preparation.
Three months of active preparation, KOLs, ambassadors, community strategy, exchange coordination and real-time communications.
The goal was not simply to gain followers. It was to turn attention into participation, participation into measurable users, and measurable growth into stronger market, investor and exchange credibility.
Growth did not come from one channel. We used content, partnerships, exchanges, universities, workshops, IRL events, AMAs, KOLs and owned media to keep the project visible and relevant.
An original live-media format. I co-created the concept and format with Quack AI's CBO and personally named it QTalk.

Each buyer received a Quack AI NFT together with premium-user status and additional benefits over standard users.
My role was to drive public-facing demand through social marketing, PR campaigns, KOL amplification and broader campaign distribution.
The TGE was not a one-day marketing event. Active preparation began approximately three months before launch and required coordination across marketing, BD, exchanges, community, KOLs, ambassadors and the wider core team.
We chose transparency over silence. Rather than hide delays, we communicated clearly with the community, introduced additional incentives and gave users more opportunities to increase their potential TGE rewards through continued participation.
The TGE was the culmination of months of coordination across product, marketing, BD, exchanges, finance, tokenomics, KOLs, community and operations. My responsibility was to lead the public-facing marketing and communications side while coordinating closely across the broader launch operation.
"Transparency was non-negotiable. When something went wrong, my position was to own it, communicate clearly and give the community a reason to keep trusting the team."
I work directly with Web3 founders and core teams around growth, GTM, TGE readiness and critical launch moments — particularly when marketing, BD, community, KOLs and communications need to move around one clear objective.
